...I found a new place to take le omnibus home and because so many more buses pass by the parado, many people who I have never seen before are waiting. I was trying to get close to la policia but she kept looking over at me since I probably looked suspicious. What amazed me was that her gun was so accessible. It's hard to see in this picture, but it is just hanging there in its holster on the right. She had a large black baton on the left. I do not think she was on duty, although she was wearing her beret. If she was on duty, she was not paying attention to the street, but listening to her MP3 instead.
